2. No Guarantee of Profit

Arbitrage opportunities identified by the Service may expire, be limited in stake, or be voided by sportsbooks before you can execute them. AI pick recommendations are based on statistical models and historical data; they do not guarantee future outcomes. Past ROI figures presented on the platform are based on backtesting and may not reflect live trading conditions.
3. Jurisdictional Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to verify that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before using the Service. BettorBets makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular location. Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal is at your own risk.
4. Sportsbook Account Risk
Consistent arbitrage betting may result in sportsbooks limiting or closing your account. This is a known risk inherent to arbitrage betting and is outside BettorBets' control. We do not guarantee that any opportunity will be available without account restriction.
5. Information Accuracy
Odds data is sourced from third-party providers and displayed in real time. BettorBets makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is current, complete, or error-free. Do not rely solely on our platform — always verify odds directly on the sportsbook before placing a wager.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

8. Third-Party Capper Content
BettorBets operates the BettorCappers marketplace, where independent third-party handicappers ("Cappers") publish picks and analysis. Cappers are not employees or agents of BettorBets, and we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Capper's picks, records, or results. All Capper content is that Capper's own opinion, provided for informational and entertainment purposes only, and any action you take based on it is at your own risk.
