1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BettorBets (bettorbetswin.com) and any associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bettor Bets Services LLC ("BettorBets," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Meet the legal age requirement for sports wagering in your jurisdiction
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this Service is prohibited
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

BettorBets is an analytics and information platform only. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or operate as a sportsbook or gambling operator. It is your responsibility to ensure that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before using our Service.

We reserve the right to limit or restrict the availability of the Service, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, at our sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice.

3. Description of Service

BettorBets provides real-time sports betting analytics including arbitrage opportunity detection, expected value (EV) analysis, AI-powered pick recommendations, and related tools. The Service monitors odds from third-party sportsbooks and presents information to help members make informed betting decisions. The Service also includes the BettorCappers marketplace described in Section 4.

BettorBets does not guarantee profits. Sports betting involves risk. Arbitrage opportunities identified by the Service may expire before you can act on them. Past performance of AI picks is not indicative of future results.

4. Cappers Marketplace

BettorBets operates a marketplace ("BettorCappers") in which independent third-party handicappers ("Cappers") publish sports betting picks, analysis, and related content that you may access through free or paid subscriptions.

  • Cappers are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of BettorBets, and BettorBets does not control their content.
  • We do not create, author, endorse, verify, or guarantee any Capper's picks, records, win rates, or results. All Capper content is the opinion of that Capper and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
  • Any decision you make based on Capper content is at your sole risk and discretion. BettorBets is a venue that facilitates the connection and payment between you and Cappers and is not responsible for the accuracy, performance, or outcome of any pick.
  • Capper subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations for Capper subscriptions are governed by the applicable Capper's terms and our Return & Refund Policy.
  • We may remove any Capper or Capper content, and suspend or revoke marketplace access, at our discretion.

Handicappers who publish through BettorCappers are additionally bound by the Capper Agreement.

5. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bettorbetswin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Subscription and Payment

BettorBets offers subscription plans ("Basic" and "Elite") billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions to third-party Cappers in the BettorCappers marketplace are billed separately through Stripe; see Section 4 and the applicable Capper's terms. 7. Elite Member Guarantee

Elite members who do not receive at least one arbitrage opportunity per day during their first seven (7) days of an active Elite subscription are eligible for a credit equal to one (1) month of Elite service. To claim: contact info@bettorbetswin.com within 14 days of the guarantee period ending. Credits are applied to future subscription cycles and have no cash value. Guarantee applies to the first subscription period only; does not apply to renewals or resubscriptions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
  • Use the Service to develop competing products or services
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content through the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and data presented through the Service are the property of BettorBets or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC ARBITRAGE OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AVAILABLE OR PROFITABLE. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY THIRD-PARTY CAPPER'S PICKS, RECORDS, OR RESULTS, WHICH ARE THAT CAPPER'S OWN OPINION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETTORBETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR BETTING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BettorBets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9–12) will do so.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BettorBets is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
