Return & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your BettorBets subscription at any time through your account settings under Billing, or by contacting info@bettorbetswin.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your subscribed tier until that date.

2. Refund Eligibility

BettorBets subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately upon payment. As such, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions:

• 7-day refund window: New subscribers (first-time purchase only) may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment if they have not materially used the Service (defined as viewing fewer than 10 arbitrage opportunities).
• Service outage: If the Service experiences downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours in a billing period due to our fault, affected subscribers are eligible for a pro-rated credit for those days.
• Elite Guarantee credit: As described in our Terms & Conditions, Elite members who do not receive at least one arb opportunity per day in their first week may request a one-month credit (not a cash refund).
• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge), contact us and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount within 5 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@bettorbetswin.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused complete months if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of the paid period.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms may result in account termination. We cooperate fully with payment processors and card networks to resolve disputes.
